On the 17th July, Ember and Mt Beautiful Winery co On the 17th July, Ember and Mt Beautiful Winery come together for a one-night-only dinner featuring six seasonal courses paired with six thoughtfully matched wines. Led by Executive Chef James Kenny, the menu moves from Mahurangi oysters and Ora King salmon to First Light Wagyu Bavette, with each pairing celebrating the best of both kitchen and vineyard.
