Available throughout July, the limited-time offering brings together two signature pisco cocktails alongside a trio of vibrant ceviches, each showcasing bright flavours and premium seafood. Expect a Classic Pisco Sour and a Leche de Tigre Pisco Margarita, paired with a Ceviche Trio featuring snapper and octopus tiradito with avocado and rocoto, hiramasa wasabi ceviche with avocado and radish, and tuna aguachile with tequila and cucumber.
Whether you’re stopping in for a pisco sour or settling in for the full experience, it’s one of the month’s best excuses to head to Westhaven’s waterfront. Available throughout July only.
