In celebration of Holi, Cassia has put together a flavourful three course $59 menu that champions some of its most vibrant dishes. Start with the signature Pani Puri, Tandoori Chicken Taco, followed by your choice of main and dessert.

Go on a fresh exploration of Pacific cuisine with Metita’s three course menu. Start with your choice of the salmon or tender lamb rib, followed by trevally or fe’e (octopus) and finish with the crowd favourite duck with spiced and sour fala or wood roasted chicken leg cooked over a roaring fire. End the evening by being transported to the tropics by adding the sweet and sour flavours of the passionfruit sasa lapa dessert or panipopo.

Dine on the 53rd floor of the Sky Tower, overlooking the stunning Hauraki Gulf while experiencing The Sugar Club’s three-course Golden Hour menu. Start with fresh bread and smoked butter, followed by either potato & kombu brandade with garden peas or the quail poached in master stock served with truffle and pump for entrée, before finishing on your choice of the farro risotto with potato, cashew and a parmesan crumb or longline snapper served with coconut, nori, crustacean, lime leaf and daikon.
