Togo needs little introduction. Michel Ducaroy’s low-slung 1973 design for Ligne Roset, built from layered foam and finished with hand-pleated upholstery, has always treated comfort with a certain irreverence. This limited edition with BOSS sharpens the familiar form through a leather exterior, softer textile seat, and contrast stitching drawn from the fashion house’s tailoring codes.

The materials give greater definition to every fold without compromising Togo’s relaxed proportions, while a footstool extends the dialogue between supple fabric and structured leather. It is a fitting collaboration, a French classic impeccably dressed by a German fashion house.

For those wanting to experience the collaboration firsthand, the limited-edition Togo x BOSS has arrived in Auckland for an exclusive showcase at BOSS Commercial Bay. Available to view until 3 November, the presentation offers a rare opportunity to see two design icons come together, with the collection available to purchase in-store for a strictly limited time.
