Ghost Street
“Theatrical dining at its firey finest”

Ghost Street reimagines Beijing’s famed food street (Dongcheng’s “Ghost Street”) in the heart of Britomart — an atmospheric, subterranean homage to spine-tingling Chinese flavours. Executive chef Nathan Houpapa’s menu traverses Szechuan, Xi’an, Chengdu and HK inspirations: think Biang Biang noodles cloaked in chilli oil, lip-tingling snapper “sea of fire,” juicy scallop dumplings and blow-your-head-off lamb skewers, all served in a moody, movie-set basement. The service is sharp yet unpretentious, the décor raw but intentional. Ghost Street doesn’t just feed you — it entertains. It’s Chinese street theatre at its fiery best.
