You may recognise Taane from Studio Red and East West Yoga in Auckland, where he teaches Vinyasa Flow. Taane will be conducting live yoga classes each morning at 6:30am NZT, on his Instagram. If you’re really lucky, he may even finish the class with his therapeutic singing during Shavasana.
