Soul launches a new cocktail collab that celebrates the all excitement of the sailing that lies ahead

With plenty of exciting sailing action set to play out in the coming weeks (and bucket loads more sunshine to soak up), what better excuse to celebrate than Soul Bar & Bistro’s legendary cocktails?

The Viaduct Harbour stalwart is turning things up a notch, working alongside Mumm Champagne to create Club Nautica, the ultimate place to park up for an unforgettable afternoon or evening.

Tempting us even more, Soul has crafted a special cocktail menu inspired by Below Deck, Bravo’s number one TV franchise. Embracing the fun of the hit reality show, these limited edition sips are not to be missed, not least because they’re only available from now until the racing has wrapped up.

We have our eyes firmly set on the My Seanna, a swoon-worthy combination of vodka, Aperol, summery watermelon, cucumber and mint with a citrusy burst of lemon and lime.

For a truly refreshing drop, try the Spritz 36, a light and lovely combination of limoncello, limonata and bubbles, while the Man Overboard packs a punch with white rum, dark rum, peach, pineapple, pistachio, lime and freshly shaved nutmeg to top it all off.

Gin fans need not look any further than Anchors Away, a fun and flirty number with gin, Campari, Antica formula, apricot and lemon.

For the pretty price of $15, these libations are worthy of celebration.

Champagne Mumm will also be flowing, with Mumm RSRV 4.5 on offer for just $145 and $29 by the glass — an indulgence you won’t be able to find anywhere else in Auckland.

As one of the best spots in town to be in the thick of all the waterfront’s unmissable activity, there is no better time to make a date with Soul.
