Denizen Hospo Heroes: Discover the shortlist for Best Signature Dish

Often considered the handbrake to a menu’s creative progression by chefs, most decent eateries have a dish that just simply cannot be passed by, nor can it ever be removed from the menu. Typically reflective of the restaurant’s overall style, a good signature dish evokes a feeling so strong in the diner, they return time-after-time, specifically to order the dish.

The following signature dishes have recognised as dishes that have truly magnetic gastronomic appeal, and have been shortlisted as 2020 Denizen Hospo Heroes.

Don’t forget to vote for your favourite dish (eateries and personalities) by clicking the button below. And if you strongly believe that we have missed a dish, feel free to enter your feedback into the survey at Question 22.
