the miracle cream

A certain miracle cream works its magic on an unwanted scar.

I recently had a rather dramatic run-in with a very hot hair iron. An amateur of sorts when it comes to the fine art of mastering these tricky pieces of equipment, what was really only a quick brush on the side of my neck, very swiftly developed into an angry blistering welt.

Now a large blistering welt on the side of one’s neck is not something one should take lightly. Reminiscent of the sort of outcome that results from hot and heavy exchanges between amorous youths, such marks are not very fitting of a lady.

In a desperate panic, I rummaged through the depths of my wardrobe in search of a turtleneck sweater. But alas, while I may be a lady, I’m not an old lady, and such ‘handy’ items do not yet grace my wardrobe.

Thankfully, with the aid of a heavy scarf I was able to go about my business without the glares and accusing stares of onlookers. Not however before applying what has now become my secret weapon in the battle against nasty scarring.

I recently learnt from a friend of the incredible healing powers of La Mer Concentrate. Despite being a long time devotee of La Mer Moisturizing Cream, I had never experienced the powers of this ultra potent elixir.

The story of Crème de la Mer is legendary. Over 40 years ago, aerospace physicist Dr Max Huber set out to help heal the appearance of the scars he suffered as the result of a nasty lab accident, pioneering what is now affectionately called the Miracle Broth. Created from sea kelp and bio fermentation, this elixir is renowned for its transformational healing properties. Popular the world over, La Mer is the sort of cream that once you start using it, you’re hooked for life.

La Mer Concentrate, as I have learned, contains a much higher concentration of the Miracle Broth, which in turn accelerates the skin’s natural repair process. And I can firmly attest that La Mer Concentrate actually does what it claims.

After only one week of massaging a small amount into the affected area twice a day, my scar had gone from red, raised and angry to pale pink and smooth. Two weeks later, and all that existed was a mere faint trace of my haphazardness.

As someone who has a tendency towards scars, cuts and bruises, I am utterly hooked on this life changing elixir. I’ve also recently undergone major surgery, and have now started using this miracle serum on the resulting nasty 10cm long scar. Already, after only a few days, I have noticed a remarkable reduction in the redness of my scar.

So the next time you get into any skin strife may I suggest that you try for yourself the wonderful healing powers of this miracle cream. Who knows, it’s probably really effective on those amorous neck ‘scars’ too… I wouldn’t know though, I am a lady after all.
