The super-sleek Sydney house that’s good enough for Justin Bieber

Sydney is a city littered with great houses and this ultra-modern Balmoral residence is yet another example. The project was completed in 2015, a three-year collaboration between Sydney architect Harlan Redgen and Cameron MacDonald, a London-based designer and developer who specialises in creating luxury ‘turn-key’ homes — properties that are ready to be lived in, complete with custom furniture, linen, crockery and towels. Fresh, crisp and lacking in any superfluous decoration, it’s no wonder MacDonald has a knack for catering to the needs of jet-setting ‘ultra-high net worth individuals’. Even Justin Bieber stopped in to stay when recently passing through the harbour city on tour.
