child’s play: louis vuitton paper dolls

Indulge your inner child with a collection of stylish paper dolls that are a cut above the rest.

You might have left your youth behind, however Louis Vuitton is intent on bringing it back with their ‘Ready-to-Cut’ project, which involves a seriously stylish posse of paper dolls. The Parisian fashion house teamed up with stylist Kim Hersov and Australian fashion illustrator Kerrie Hess to produce four paper dolls, each with their own enviable watercolour painted wardrobe from Louis Vuitton’s Spring/Summer 2013 and Ready-to-Wear collections.

Play stylist and wile away an afternoon mixing and matching your favourite pieces – signature ‘it’ bags included. It’ll be a healthy nostalgic trip back to your carefree paper doll dressing days or a fitting gift for a particularly fashion forward youngster.

If you’d like to get your hands on Louis Vuitton’s paper dolls simply visit their website, download, print and then carefully cut out the dolls and their clothes to create looks of your own. Naturally if you find something you love – you can always splash out on the real thing.
